Reconnect and Recharge : Soundhealing Event

On December 15th, The @sampercaicedo_legacy that @alejo.designs has set up is partnering with @soundmind.space and @littlemountainnh to offer a sound healing and mediation to friends and famlily to bring connection and healing to those affected by the the Lapu Lapu tradegy.

Il be there to help out, and if this feels aligned to you, please come. This event is FREE, thank you to all those offering their time, energy, expertise and space.
