SUMMARY:Back Flower Therapy
DESCRIPTION:On March 7th we will gather at Friends Quarters for a Bach Flower Therapy workshop with Carly. This evening will offer a calm and welcoming space for anyone curious about the gentle healing approach developed by Dr. Edward Bach\, which uses flower essences to support emotional balance and overall wellbeing. \nDuring the workshop\, Carly will introduce participants to the healing power of flower essences and how they can support the body and mind during times of stress\, grief\, or emotional overwhelm. The evening will include an introduction to Star of Bethlehem\, a Bach flower remedy traditionally used to help process shock\, trauma\, and deep emotional pain. \nThrough guided meditation\, discussion\, and quiet reflection\, participants will have the opportunity to explore how these natural remedies can help soften difficult emotional states and support the body’s natural process of healing. \nThe gathering will also include space for creative reflection and conversation\, inviting participants to slow down\, connect with nature’s subtle healing qualities\, and share in a supportive community environment. This workshop is open to everyone who is curious about natural approaches to emotional wellbeing and the restorative power of flower essences.
